Sounds to me like that's 25% of the federal budget that doesn't need a retail sales tax or tariff income to replace.

Unfortunately, those savings might only pay the interest on the current debt, but at least that might put us around ground zero so that the debt doesn't keep going up.. that would be a huge W.
