Spent 10 days in the hospital and wasn't real sure I'd depart. No physical contact with loved ones was worse than the malady. Lungs are still slightly compromised but nothing of any count to speak of.

A lot, a lot of prayers --- in my view, was the remedy. Hospital staff were very attentive, trying to comprehend this man made virus....that is where my angst resides

I believe wearing a mask made me more susceptible than not wearing, in hindsight

Glad you made it. Were you put on a ventilator and treated with remdesivir? I think some of the treatment protocols actually killed people.

Prayers work. Masks cause bacterial pneumonia.

quote:

The majority of deaths during the influenza pandemic of 1918-1919 were not caused by the influenza virus acting alone, report researchers from the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), part of the National Institutes of Health. Instead, most victims succumbed to bacterial pneumonia following influenza virus infection. The pneumonia was caused when bacteria that normally inhabit the nose and throat invaded the lungs along a pathway created when the virus destroyed the cells that line the bronchial tubes and lungs.

We may see groups forming to file class action suits against the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid, the Centers for Disease Control, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the World Health Organization, U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the National Institute of Health, the Infectious Diseases Society of America and others.
They all acted in a coordinated scheme to force their concocted COVID protocols on hospitals, nursing homes and doctors, thus rendering patients and their families with no recourse but to obey and helplessly watch loved ones die.

No, but I watched Fauci get on TV and tell us it was OK for BLM to destroy cities because "the virus shouldn't stop because of politics" or some shite like that...

While simultaneously not allowing a family to visit their father while he died alone in a hospital. I've shared this story here already.

I will never forgive progressives for that shite and one of the main reasons I will never vote Democrat again.

No, darn close to intubation

The Remdesivir, yes

I believe the infusion of covid antibodies plasma helped

We discussed the possible need for intubation if the infusion failed
