0% chance he is not confirmed.

This is just further proof that Dems truly need to be exterminated as the filth that they are.

I would have thought this a few days ago, but with Trump saying she should be heard, bets are being hedged-

the truth is Trump is playing this smart, we hear the accuser, they vote and the republicans and handful of Dems who are in re election trouble- will have an even bigger test before November

This will be interesting

I put it at 75% or more.

This gets stalled until after the election and Trump will recess appoint him then have the new Senate approve him.

Only way he doesn’t get appointed now is if he pulls out, and I see low chances of that happening because he’s already been character assassinated. At least he gets the big seat by sticking through it.

Dem strategy is to 1) fire up their base ahead of the November election with he hopes that they can win more seats 2) Hope that the accusations can swing a vote or two in the senate 3) delay the vote long enough that a possible Dem controlled senate votes him down.

The only reason DF held the accusation long enough is to delay confirmation. with the goal that he steps down/of the nomination is rescinded. Making the new nominee approved fro the next congress, which they hope is Dem controlled

This is totally a political stunt.

0.0%

What is happening is a travesty, but the Republicans will let the left get away with it and ruin this guy.

If they do, they deserve a red wave to crush every last one of them.

Not so sure now. With Flake and Corker holding back and this accusation gives any dem cover for not voting to confirm, along with giving Collins and Merkowsky cover...all based on "principles" of course.

Dem controlled Senate? They need a net of about +2 to pull that off thanks to Pence as VP. And they are defending something like 22 seats.

They COULD win the Senate but the odds of that are about as low as the Buffalo Bills winning the Super Bowl.

It depends on him and how much he is willing to endure. He seems to me like a guy who will go all the way.

Still better than 90% IMO

The bigger question is before or after midterms

I am at 60/40 on that question

This. Nothing more Flake would like to do than to block this candidate as a parting gift to Donald Trump.

Keep it moving. Dims are trying anything possible to delay this until after midnight terms. It's pathetic

The plan is to put the operative under oath at the hearing. The hope is that Kav will withdraw himself from consideration to avoid embarrassment to his family. This has a good chance to succeed. Who wants his wife and kids to have this operative embarrass Kav on world-wide television?

Other desired outcome if Kav does not withdraw himself is that the GOP will have enough Cucks to vote against him.

Will Kav be seated? All along, I have had my doubts that he will be seated. The Dems know that they need a Progressive in that seat, for the sake of generations of Progressive policy being enacted by SCOTUS fiat. We should have known all along that the Dems would fight to the extreme and do ANYTHING to put a Progressive in that seat and in all future SCOTUS seats. We also should know that the GOP won't fight back on this issue.

Reason: The Republican Party tacitly approves of SCOTUS advancing progressive/globalist agendas by judicial fiat. This solves the problem of revealing themselves as, in truth, having no problem with the Left winning.

Some argue that the Republican Party doesn't exist, because, in reality, it is controlled opposition.

It has to get out of committee first and there's a slim one vote difference there.

Right..and it's meaningless. What does she have to lose?? Supporting evidence is not possible, it's all her "recollection" of 35 years ago. There is no perjury risk.
