Yes, it would significantly derail Trump's ability to push through his agenda over the next two years.

And why would anyone want the Democrats to have an ounce of power? They aren't sane enough to have anything.

Besides the tax bill, what has the house produced?

Yes. If there is even a sliver of hope of getting anymore significant legislation passed during the rest of Trump's term, we have to have it.

Plus, I can't handle hearing even more Pelosi than we already have to hear with her in the minority.

There's no reason to lie if the Republicans lose

A Democrat House would instantly start an attempt to halt Trump's agenda

I don't even think they would go for marijuana legalization or infrastructure

If you enjoy endless investigations of our President, calls for his tax returns, more Russian narrative, side shows trying for the “gotcha” on Trump and a legislative log jam for the next two years, then no.

Yes, no more tax cuts and the daily circus gets amped up tenfold due to Dems now controlling committees

If the Democrats win the House the first thing they will do is impeach Trump.

Yes of course it matters. Does it matter less having the Senate? Yes

It will be a big slow down of the great progress made the last two years, and they will be even more disruptive with unprecedented hearings and investigations based on nothing.

Do you want any kind of immigration enforcement - or would you prefer 2 more years investigating Russian Ghosts, porn stars and Trump's Tax Returns from 1987?

I don't think they move to impeach

Impeaching Trump ensures an absolute massive republican turnout in 2020

AH...yes. The most important of which would be the investigations into FISA abuse and the "muh RFussia" investigation, while painfully slow, would stop...

The leadership sets the agenda. So yes it matters. From a voting stand point there are Bill's where some dems would vote yes but those bill may never make it to the floor for a vote. It matters bigly.

It would matter a lot as it would make getting good legislation passed essentially impossible.

Trump would still be able to do Executive Orders and the Senate would still be able to confirm judges though.

The Dems would also use their house committees to spin up endless phony 'investigations' and shite like that.

They voted to repeal/replace Obamacare, but the Senate fumbled on the goal line.
