What does that even mean?
Let me be clear. I am a Trump supporter and not a liberal. I believe in our Constitution and the ideals on which our country was founded. I do not however let my beliefs cloud my judgement or assessment of reality. Our Country has been stolen from within and I do not know how we take it back without all being locked in prison.

The “reality of this impeachment trial” is that it doesn’t mean shite to a tree - Trump won’t be removed from office, they don’t have the votes to convict, there is no outcome that has any impact on anyone here.
Go ask your kids about their day, have a beer with your neighbor while you help each other wrap your pipes and plants for this weekend, take you sig other out to dinner to a restaurant that is actually open.

When I drove my child to school today she was curious about a bumper sticker with Karl Marx and a red star on the back of an electric vehicle. I explained about the evils of Karl Marx and how dehumanizing communism is.
Hopefully my lessons counteract any misinformation baby boomer leftover hippie commies might disseminate at her Catholic school. The younger teachers are quite the improvement over the old leftist hippies who thankfully have retired en masse due to covid. The Principal is pretty solid as well.
All I can do to counteract the commie tsunami is educate my children about freedom, human dignity, and the way America was supposed to be.
Pray for guidance about what God would have us do.

Congress has now twice impeached a President solely because they didn’t like his populist bent. If that’s not meaningful, nothing in politics is meaningful.

Was just watching Cassidy’s interview about the “evidence” video shown in the trial, and there’s no doubt he’ll vote against Trump. He spoke about the bogus insurrection video like something beyond awful, instead of the drummed up Reichstag Fire it clearly is.
