This "ballistics expert" who is 100% sure of a nefarious conspiracy that contradicts the "official explanation" (which we don't even have yet and won't have until after the trial) and the "evidence" (which we have maybe 10% of right now and yet which still includes video and DNA evidence) based on the fact that he has shot many animals with his 30.06, wants to bet money and wants everyone to trust him to set up the experiment correctly and report the results accurately.

There's no possible scenario in which a 30.06 round doesn't cause an exit wound in a biological subject—it's never happened before in all of history, we know that, confirmed by science—and since you have reliable sources to KNOW that there was no exit wound, there can only be one conclusion.

Think about it...lying about the gun caliber doesn't further any interest of any possible conspiracist...unless the reason WHY they lied about the gun is to protect the secret that NO GUN would have caused an exit wound.

I'm guessing the leader of the resistance against AI becoming self-aware is named Sarah Connorstein, and Charlie was sent to protect her. The Joos, of course, run everything, which includes the AI rulers of the future, so they obviously want the Cyborg revolution to happen...they have even more power in the future due to that revolution.

Clearly they sent an assassin to take Kirk out so that the pathway would be clear to kill Sarah Connorstein.

I had to look when I heard he had been shot and I’d hoped it was a survivable wound. When I saw his arms lock I knew he was dead before he hit the floor. Even if the blood loss wouldn’t have killed him, a spinal strike that high would.

For one to make the statement you mafe here, one has to be largely ignorant of bullet design, bullet weight, powder used, etc.
