Does anybody honestly believe these accusations against Roy Moore?

In all seriousness, you would have to be an idiot to believe the Jeff Bezos CIA Post just happened to uncover these 40 year old accusations 3 weeks before the man is set to be elected US Senator after he’s been involved in Alabama politics for 30 years. It’s laughable to me that anyone believes this crap. It’s absolute libel is what it is.

NeverTrumpers want it to be real. With everything they have.

They need it desperately

I'm a skeptic for any accusations without any proof

I just wish people were consistent with their belief or non belief

What's the inconsistency?

Hollywood scum admit they do it.

Propagandists masquerading as journalists try to take down a opposition party candidate right before an election and the accused calls them the liars they are?

Apples meet oranges.

Not that I don’t think Roy Moore COULD be capable of something like this, but it’s just the timing and the nature of the accusations here that makes it seem like such transparent libel and politically motivated character assassination. It’s not that I think RM is some kind of angel believe me.

Whereas with these Hollywood types going down for past sexual indiscretions, it’s a different situation because there is no incentive for anyone to be making these stories up about them.

I don’t know whether he did it or not but I’m skeptical.

I would believe it if he was a democrat

if the left didnt have a history of false flags and crying wolf, I'd be more likely to at least look into it. Not so much based on the low marks of the regressive left of late.

No. It’s complete fabricated bullshite.

The scary thing is the DNC will character assasinate a man’s character in order to win an election and gain some semblance of momentum.

Scarier, is that their army of degenerates will file lock step and run with it.

There seems to be at least circumstantial evidence which lends credibility to the stories. There’s usually a latency in disclosure of shameful things. The key is always whether the details check out. These ladies were not going to go public discussing getting felt up by an ADA when they were teen girls. But they did tell people about it back then, like a couple of these girls told her mother, and one mother refused to let her daughter go out with him. Also apparently the court records corroborate that the one girl and her mother were at the courthouse at the time Moore targeted the girl. These details aren’t usually present if the story was made up yesterday. For example, you can’t go back and change the court record. You won’t likely be able to get a large number of people in a conspiracy to lie about what they were told years ago. While this isn’t absolute proof, absolute proof doesn’t exist, unless Roy took pictures. But this is more than a surface scratch.

I mean seriously, what’s the incentive? These studios are losing a lot of money on this stuff.

fame? attention? vindictiveness? rivals profiting off other studios/actors suffering?

If the recent Hollywood scandals didn't happen, maybe this story doesn't break either. This snowball effect will spill over into other worlds, and it's gonna get worse before it gets better.

Or maybe, simply, revenge is a dish best served cold? Sam Ponder waited several years before retaliating, and I bet many of the same people here called her a boss for it...

I don't know whether to believe them or not. I am certainly suspicious of them.

I absolutely do not believe the Post's claim of how they "happened upon" the story.
