That guy is completely deranged and I don't really think it's his fault. I have a cousin that thinks like him. He's not wrong about how our government completely fricked the black community but he doesn't really understand that more paternalism will make the problems worse. Not only does it cause resentment, but it's counterproductive. The inner cities need to become self-sustaining and you don't get that with programs, funding and wealth redistribution.
