Frick the NFrickingL. Kapecnick, kneeling for the Anthem and POS halftime shows for people who are fans of a tough guys sport is an insult.

Normal people will either talk about their history streaming his music or will have to ask who he is and they're not so primed to partisan NPC talking points like you just displayed.

Kid Rock has his fans, that's fine. No way I'm watching the SB Halftime show, or the game itself.

I notice the media have amped up the propaganda to 11 on now smearing Kid Rock. Was there an extra extra special controversy now? Some headline talking about how other stars won't perform with him because of 'reasons'.

I’m not sure there’s any solid way to predict how popular the Kid Rock halftime show will be, but one objective metric: Kid Rock sits around 5 million monthly Spotify listeners, which is respectable for a legacy act, while Bad Bunny pulls 90 million monthly listeners and tens of billions of streams.

These little meltdowns just prove my point.

I don't know if you realize that or not, so I thought it may be worth pointing out.

Will the TPUSA halftime show get more streams/views than what the SB gets outside of the US, may be a decent discussion.

That's usually a 50M+ population these days, and it may be more this year given how popular Bad Bunny is internationally.

I mean...most of the people I hang out with leave the TV on while they piss, get some beer and eat away from the show. Just because the TV is tuned to that channel, doesn't mean people actually watch the performers.

Most people watching the Super Bowl are going to be a parties and group settings and normal people aren't going to want to change channels to some random Kid Rock off brand show.

As much as I hate to agree with SFP he is correct. You guys that are boycotting the NFL are a small minority and quite honestly think half of you will watch the Super Bowl and have watched NFL games this year.

You guys yelling about the NFL are just virtue signaling like those crazy lefties at the Yoga Studio.

For once the Republicans Zealots are on the wrong side of an 80/20 issue. Most Americans just want to enjoy the game, hang with friends, eat food and watch football. Most will keep the halftime show on, some people like my group will just change to the Puppy Bowl or take a shite to make room for more grub.

Remember when Kid Rock was against Bud Light and the got bored shortly after and started drinking it again just months later? Yeah, he is like all the other celebs.

I was first introduced to the “pimp of the nation” by my step brother in the very early 90s. It wasn’t for me and I listened to a lot of rap back then. Never gave a second chance.

You could say he's the Sarah Stock of Millennial rap-rock political personalities.

Put a dent in the Super Bowl? Not likely
It's bigger than a "dent" in Super Bowl LX.

This really has the potential to go badly for the NFL.

Ocasio has every incentive to be controversial. It is his schtick. It is his claim to fame. If he goes off the rails, he'll be as much a hero to his fans as Dylan Mulvaney was/is to the Trans Community. Maybe more. BB's community is far larger though, and better monied.

The point is, Dylan's self-serving fame did not exactly translate to BudLight success. IMO, BadBunny has potential to do the same for the NFL. It all depends on whether Ocasio decides to color within the lines, or do his own thing. The latter is a far more financially lucrative lure for him.
