Capitalists homie...they're capitalists inside.
Lol. You think the commies in control don't like nice shite? You need to read some deep serious history.

What I did say is that even our progressive, woke, leftists market their own labor. That's not disputable and, by definition, perfectly capitalist.

Oh, so banning people you don't agree with from the market is now considered capitalism?
That explains your definition of the proper role of government and how you think a a government has resources.

You said a government has a right to protect its resources. Where did it get that right? Who gave it that right? Is it spelled out in the constitution? Or just made up by the government and Supreme court?

Most laws probably center around some citizen being an a-hole to other citizens.
Again, this isn't a utopian world. Sometimes people do horrible shite and need to be straightened out. Who's supposed to do that?

I remember a thread not two days ago, in which the majority of this forum was arguing that a landowner did NOT have a right to control access to his property.
The thread in question had an 11% upvote ratio.
But yea, majority.
Were you a mail in voter counter in 2020? Would explain a lot.

Me.
Until the government makes it against the law.

I was involved with the definitive (at the time) "Takings" case, Lucas v. South Carolina Coastal Council which also went before SCOTUS.
Thoughts on this?
I don’t think the state has the right to force me to have people in my property
Obviously I have not read up on this and a question comes up on personal vs business use property that may or may not have been addressed

I think the deal is having posted no trespassing signs. Then yes, yes you do. Because it's then reasonable that the trespasser shouldn't have trespassed.
Now that doesn't mean you can just kill them.
