So it was totally cool when the New Black Panther Party did it in Philly and other places, right?
Literally just thought of this today as well.
Carrying bats dressed up like Jim Brown with no rushing yards trying to intimidate white folks.
I agree. Illegals need to know to stay the frick away from the polls. This is no good for you.

A single ’false flag’ or real terrorist hit at a polling place would justify such.
ETA, Trump should say straight up that Security WILL be at the polls and that illegal voter’s WILL be arrested and prosecuted and deported. Just saying that repeatedly from the Bully Pulpit would accomplish the intended goal. No way the Dems could stop him from enforcing the Law as his Oath requires.
Honestly, a post election ‘crisis’ based on fraudulent and un-certifiable ballots could give Trump extraordinary power. To go how far who knows. Dems might want to bail on the ballot fraud MO. Or not. It’s all coming out in the wash.

I was curious about if it was illegal or not to place arms at polling places.
I asked Brave this...
ps, don't shoot the messenger, I was just curious about it.
******************************************************************************
"is it illegal to put armed federal agents or military personnel at polling places and election offices?"
Response...
Yes, it is illegal to deploy armed federal agents or military personnel at polling places or election offices under U.S. federal law.
Federal law explicitly prohibits the presence of "troops or armed men" at any location where an election is being held. This is codified in 18 U.S.C. § 592, which makes it a federal crime—punishable by up to five years in prison and disqualification from office—for any federal military or civil officer to bring or keep armed forces at polling places, except in the rare case of repelling an armed invasion of the United States.
The Posse Comitatus Act and other legal principles further restrict the military’s role in domestic law enforcement, including election administration. Even federal law enforcement agencies like the FBI, ICE, or DHS are barred from acting as polling place security or engaging in visible law enforcement activities at or near election sites.

Now I'm curious about why they're axing such a stupid question? I guess it's a simplistic way of riling up their base? Hell I can't think of why such stupidity.

Good info, V; and highly relevant. So the bottom line is that the Polls are a “No Guns Zone”? Ha ha. Sitting ducks. We’ve seen how this works in the schools.
One hit and that Law goes in the trash can.

This law is specific to military. Has nothing to do with ICE (which didn't even exist when the law was enacted).

The Supreme Court plot thickens.

The plot thickens, indeed. As I read the law Brave responded with, the overall purpose I gleam is that there shall be no intimidation of voters by the federal government or any independent source. ICE is federal government, but if you're a natural citizen, can you be intimidated by an agency whos task is to pursues non-citizens. If an ICE agent is armed and at a polling location, I think an argument could be made about intimidation, non-citizen or otherwise. If an ICE agent is unarmed Ata polling location ican see an argument being made that is not intimidation.
I don't know.
