Trump has been this person. Now, you add in age and the fact that he knows the end of his term and that his life is coming to an end, he's fully allowed to release it all.

Vance has this one very unique characteristic that no one else in the administration has: he is the only person Trump can't fire. And at some point, he needs to start taking advantage of that fact.
