Not that I would follow the orders that I agreed with and not follow the ones that I think might be unconstitutional. None of these loser democrats or you (yes, I repeat myself) bothered to tell the troops that they didn't need to follow the order to get the covid jab. But I will say that Kelly/Slotkin’s statement is unnecessary and provocative. Anyone who’s ever served in the military has had it constantly drilled into their heads already: under UCMJ, you have a moral and legal obligation to not carry out plainly illegal orders.

OK fair point, but that doesn't address the issue of sedition.
That's not sedition. That's protected language of the 1A. Its merit/veracity can be debated, but that's another unrelated discussion.

its a stupid argument. The reality is, everything Trump is doing is getting challenged in court by their party, so what are they implying? Who gets to define an unlawful order? Should the military refuse all orders until further advised? This is madness.
