I guess it helps they have waaaay more time to argue than everyone else given their 757,000+ combined post count.

SFP and Roger are being obtuse. Anyone with a half a brain knows the intent behind that message was to sow distrust and confusion into US military soldiers.
This is correct. I served 15 years and when I listened to this PSA I heard their words and I also knew the intent. Two separate things at play.
Young and inexperienced soldiers are easily influenced, they also lack the knowledge of what is a legal and what is an illegal order. That's why the military spends a lot of time (multiple times a year) beating it into the heads of soldiers/sailors/marines that they don't have to follow an illegal order, and they are given a lot of examples.
There was absolutely no reason for this PSA other than to sow discord among military personnel.

The Oxford dictionary defines sedition as: conduct or speech inciting people to rebel against the authority of a state or monarch.
The little video they put out is clearly speech that urges the military to rebel against the President's lawful authority.
I've given you two definitions that characterize their speech as seditious. Because it is.
I'll ask again, what orders has President Trump given to the military that are unlawful? Be specific. These idiots are going to get military members court marshalled under the UCMJ for disobeying lawful orders.

WHERE IS THE SEDITION? Figured after asking a half dozen times I need to make the print large for you people.
Likely a tough prove in court. However, anyone with half a brain knows exactly the intent. I would tell you to stop playing dumb….but sadly, I don’t think you are.

He can’t. He isn’t smart enough. It’s his MO to nitpick semantics and ignore overall points. He is an old man that is likely in the early stages of dementia. It’s not his fault.

No it isn't.
They said the President has issued unconstitutional orders, and a Trump-appointed judge agrees that he has.
They never said to pick up arms against the CIC.
The ultimate authority in this country is the Constitution, not the president, and to remind servicemen of that after a judge has found that Trump's orders were unlawful, is in no way seditious.

Roger has absolutely zero reason to be condescending.

That won't be necessary:
Wasn’t my question. Should they have disobeyed. What did the courts say about the guards in Los Angeles? Do you think the Portland judge’s ruling is final?

I guess we'll see what SCOTUS says, won't we?

I do not. I believe it to be a perfect document.

If those orders of the CIC are illegal, then is it sedition? Yes or no
Knowingly or unknowingly?
Two can play that game. But let's be real clear, shiot is about to hit the fan and it will be a very long time before you see liberal or marxist leadership again.
It will be GLORIOUS!!

It doesn't matter as far as warning the troops not to follow unlawful orders, a judge's decision that it was unconstitutional is enough to warrant a warning.
No one ITT has yet made a rational case for treason or sedition. It's just another time when Trump is blowing shite out of his arse and his base is eating it up. That's all this is about.

What did the federal
Judge that ruled on the guard in Los Angeles say? And don’t think the district court judge’s ruling is final?

No, some of us have actually served in the military and know what the oath means. You can't incite service members to disobey lawful orders.

Of course you can, but that would be seditious.
Luckily, that's not what happened here.
This whole thread is absurd, as is Trump's post.
