So, did the district judge just overrule SCOTUS?
Guy needs to be tarred and feathered.

so he is making a ruling that goes directly against SCOTUS ruling.
Sounds like someone should be brought up on impeachment due to judicial misconduct

Where does a district judge in the Northern District of California derive the power to control executive branch hiring and firing? I need to know where this is in the Constitution because I have never seen it before.

Don't know why he wouldn't. SCOTUS basically overturned the Alien Enemies Act.

Roberts needs to resign in disgrace. He has completely lost the US judiciary. They're running amuck

They are going to force the Supreme Court to reign in this usurpation of power in May.

We’re not even through the first 100 days. They can’t wait for Trump to leave the White House. Eff republicans.
Posted on 4/19/25 at 9:05 pm to BCreed1
Trump should ignore this based on the fact that the Supreme Court already ruled.
