At a work happy hour a few years back, we were talking about our favorite Disney flicks, and I mentioned Dumbo. One of the girls actually said, "yeah but the crows are problematic". I made her explain why, because I always considered the crows to be the coolest characters in the movie.
Funny how a 20-something white girl can attribute racial stereotypes to bunch of singing and dancing cartoon birds, while acting like I'm the ignorant a-hole.

I can’t believe a couple of years ago I passed up on a DVD full of Amos & Andy episodes. Racist or not they were hilarious and soon to be gold.

I watched an old Bob Hope movie, one his first few years ago. It was unreal, every other word was boy do this and boy do that. I’d bet we never see that one again..
