This seems like something that can never hold water, much like a president writing an EO that no other president can unwind. It just seems nonsensical:
The agreements approved by the prior Board of Supervisors contains language that allows the plan to remain in effect without regard for future action by the new board.
I'm willing to bet the state legislature and DeSantis will get the upper hand on Disney. I'm betting there are some skeletons in the Disney closet they don't want exposed. They'll get found, I'm sure.
