I have a few questions but at the top of the list - you suggested the bill discriminated against gay employees. What does any of what you just posted (including the bill's language) have to do with gay employees?

This is not vague. This is specifically saying the school district cannot encourage it. They can't develop a curriculum. They can't lesson plan it. If a student asks a teacher a specific question outside of the classroom that's fine.
What I find hilarious is the faux outrage from the progs calling this the "don't say gay" bill. The districts also can't teach about straight sexuality either. That's kind of a big deal that's not getting talked about.
