I'd love it to be Vivek, but Trump isn't usually someone who throws curveballs from left field. If he (or his campaign) formally announces the final 8 and then the final 4, he will almost certainly pick from those 8 and then from those 4.
I'm a little surprised that Trump didn't make the process more "gameshow"-y in that he has each of the finalists give a speech at one of his rallies and then hype them as the finalists, polling the crowd, etc.

Trump has a rally in Chesapeake, VA on Friday. He's campaigning. He's flying around a lot now that the trial is over. As someone already pointed out.....he isn't exactly flying "in secret" when it's a plane with his giant name across the side fully trackable on flightaware.
Also, this isn't the early 1800's. Forms of communication exist that doesn't require people to speak in person.

We aren't technically a Christian nation, and many of our founders were agnostic or even atheist-leaning.
Hindu and Buddhism (especially if it leads to anti-interventionist policies) would almost be superior to Christianity in regards to leading America at this point in time.
