Moore was easy, already disliked, had already lost a statewide election and a very polarizing guy to start with
My thought is that he was not a creeper, the proof being that he married and stayed faithful to one of those younger women
His actions look pretty bad in light of today's social norms, but were not so crazy for men of his era, especially in more rural areas
My grandfather married my grandmother when she was 16 and he was mid 20's
he was unfairly accused, but truth is, we are better off with him not running for reelection in 2020...

Roy Moore got set up. The problem was you coupled that with him just being an overall shitty candidate, that it lost him the election.
If he was a decent candidate, he could have survived the hit attack.

No. I hate how people compare the two. They are nothing alike.
With Moore, you at least had MULTIPLE people corroborating the stories of Moore. Plus, Moore was already controversial and there was that huge predatory aspect with the age gap

Plus, Gloria Allred is legit, and that yearbook signature was completely real.

Well, yes and no.
The worst of the accusations against Moore, by Ms Corfman, is not likely to be true. Nobody will ever know.
However, I have a friend who is a witness (interviewed by the media) of him prowling for teenage girls at the Gadsden Mall as a young attorney. He was never banned from the mall, as some stories wanted everyone to believe, but he was chasing barely legal girls instead of those his age. And, when confronted with that story, he lied about it.
So, there's a lot more evidence that Moore was a creep than there is that Kavanaugh was a creep.
The only way Jones could win is for Bentley to appoint Luther Strange and make it look like he was paying of the AG who was supposed to be investigating him.
