He had to have had a massive stroke or coronary. Something very debilitating so that there has been and will not be any public appearance. There are ghouls around him playing with what remains of his life for political reasons, otherwise we'd know about him and his condition. We're in the dark about him so that they can use his life and death. He'd probably allow it anyway being lawyer and politician.
