You are ascribing issues on the West Bank to that of Gaza.
They are NOT one and the same.
I even went as far as to describe how your implication doesn’t apply to Gaza.
I mean, the West Bank and Gaza had a conflict (civil war?) and agreed to go their separate ways.
The issues in Gaza are stand alone issues, and do not involve settlements. Suggesting that they do is tacit approval of Hamas via obfuscation.

Imagine a member of the Lakota tribe knocking on your front door and showing you a 2000 year old document that references his ancestors having occupied the land where your house now sits. Imagine seriously considering whether he has any claim to that land.
