evidence & Horowitz seemed to elude that this was something about someone looking at this? Did I hear that right? I'm cooking,...
EDIT: Meadows actually said the 302's were changed from recommending prosecution to not recommending prosecution, which is what the IG is backing up. WUT!?

There was a lot of chatter a while back about the changing of the 302’s but no detail was ever put out. This would not surprise me a bit if this is what they changed. These frickers were willing to do anything to cover her fat arse.
They also knew if they didn’t clear her they would be on her body count list.

I had my "Magic Lung" on and couldn't hear that well. If that is what they changed (302's regarding prosecution of Hillary) then that would make this IG report null & void.

Lol... along with Horowitz, you're the inspector general, anyone with any type of government experience knows the inspector general will ask you 15 different ways about one little thing, and won't stop until they found whatever backward way you had to work to get shite done, be it right or wrong. Fun fact, when Blumenthal asked about pro-Trump/anti-Hillary bias within the agency, the only thing Horowitz cited was hearsay from the General Counsel that they had heard some some nameless person say "We need to get Hillary, she's a bitch" or something like that.

If all of these other investigations are ongoing, it could be the real reason a guy like Sessions appears to be a do nothing spectator. The last 2 years has been extremely out of character for a man of his supposed reputation. Who really knows though.
