Link me to my defense of Trump.
I took your statements about the left media as "attack dogs" instead of journalists as a defense of Trump, as if he doesn't deserve most of the vitriol that comes his way. If my interpretation is wrong, let me know and I will crown you as the lone non-hypocrite in the world.

What was this childish remark?
Are you really asking what was Trump's childish remark? In this instance, I'm talking about Trump referring to "Face the Nation" as "Deface the Nation", while on the fricking show.

For other childish remarks, would you prefer a link to youtube or his twitter page?

Shoot, if you disagreed in public with anything he did you were called racist. the left is all for free speech as long as it is their speech that is being protected.

Where we get lost in the noise is the fact that Obama and the protection he had by/of lewd insults and provocation were established universally because of who and what he represented. He was a figure head for something greater than himself: Global disorder and the uprooting of the western structure of republic of law. We can debate that all day of course, but the crux of Obama was his success at bringing in a future global order.

He did a fantastic job of doing just that, and is why he was always protected at all costs. He destroyed borders (not just our own); he disrupted anything close to peace in the Middle East; he along with the cartel over in Europe brought in those poor refugees knowing that they would never assimilate to our laws and values because that was the entire intent from the beginning: bring them here to help bring us further down. I do not doubt most of the people coming from those nations are good people, but there are people who will not be forced to adhere to our constitution as those who brought them here do not wish to have a constitution anymore: left or right.

Trump, LaPen, Brexit, etc... all over the western world you see an uprising to shift back to sovereignty and national values--each their own--to save their lands.

So, you see unparalleled trashing, bashing, insulting, demagoguery towards these men and women.

My problems with Trump right now is that I believe he truly is in over his head. I actually think he can't wait for these 4 years to be over with so he can high-tail it out of that cesspool in Washington DC. I believe his daughter and son-in-law desire that power more than he does and would slit his throat to get it.

Trump seems sincere and truly wanted to do what is best for America, but he notices that the Swamp is too infested and the best course of action he can't take: That being to burn it to the ground and start over from scratch.

Yea, I said it. Don't care. It's already over. Imagine 20 years from right now and what do you see? With our current trajectory it is Half-Life 2 type tyranny on the way. The only logical outcome with all that has been leaked over the last few years.

He's definitely a lock for a Grammy, pulitzer and whatever other lame trophies liberals give each other.

I cannot believe the idiot went on and on praising that shitass John DIckinson, who famously asked obama to "pulverize" the Republican party right after his election.

That a-hole is the very flower of impartial journalism.

and that proves what an idiot colbert is without having to listen to anything else he said

And then Colbert finished it off with the most scathing line of them all: “In fact, the only thing your mouth is good for is being Vladimir Putin’s cock holster,” which elicited gasps from the studio audience.

Damn son! He just went FULL retard.

The funniest part about this is that Colbert took over the Late Show in September 2015 and his very first monologue was also entirely focused on Trump. I haven't watched since and apparently haven't missed much.

And I don't care if he makes fun of Trump. Comedians have made jokes about politicians for decades, but damn, maybe Colbert needs a new subject of ridicule if the best he can do is "cocksucker" after a year and a half on the air.

I miss those days when TV was good.

Good natured ribbing for all with no agenda other than to make everyone laugh.

Now it's all just far left wackos ranting and preaching from a soapbox under the guise of comedy.

Switch off. I want to be entertained, not listen to a hardcore left political personality air his grievances.

There's probably some truth to the fact that the country started going downhill when Carson retired. When he was on top, everyone in the country would tune in to watch him. Political jokes were just jokes. They didn't get personal. When he retired, everyone had to choose a side with Leno and Letterman. Suddenly, everyone started to find their own comedy silo.

Can't believe Colbert would go that hard to the hole.

Watched on the Daley show about 10 yrs ago and thought he had 0 talent. May 5-10 more over that period and saw no improvement.

One of the worst people I've ever seen make the big time on TV. Right up there with Kardash's.

He would likely be a complete intellect zero to sit down and have a conversation with.

Why does anyone care what Colbert has to say?

He's a hack comedian...who got his job at the old show, like an SNL cast member would get his job.

This would be like people taking Chevy Chase seriously for attacking Gerald Ford in the 70's.

He's a bit, a skit who made his living pretending to be outrageously Republican to contrast with the Daily Show's Jon Stewart.

Don't care about liberals in the entertainment industry spouting their opinions as if they are qualified to tell the rest of the world what to think. Colbert is upset? Oh well.. he doesn't seem to care when people are upset about the things he likes.

I have no doubt that the fragile little dears getting worked up about this were equally appalled when Ted Nugent boasted of telling Obama to suck on his machine gun.

The only consequence of this non-controversy will be a boost to Colbert's ratings. By all means, keep the synthetic outrage going.
