What's the end play for DeSantis vs. Disney? Disney is the state's largest private employer, the highest tax player, and the provider of the state's most important economic business, tourism. The major Republican platform is economics and job creation, what does DeSantis or his party gain by going toe to toe with Disney? I just don't see it.

We’ll Desantis’ poll numbers are skyrocketing in Florida and Disney’s stock is tanking. This is more of a culture war than anything.

Corps don't pay taxes. Disney will raise the funds on the backs of their consumers. Disney cannot move the park. FL gets money and it was long overdue. Disney just gave them the perfect opportunity. Brilliant move by FL. Win win for FL and Disney looks bad. I see no problem here.

What is Disney going to do? Move? They are captive to Orlando for what is there. Disney has no cards to play and chose to “die” on a hill that is not a popular hill.

There just isn’t a big support for grooming children, regardless of what the hard left echo chamber wants it to sound like.

Even some Democrats support the parents rights legislation that was passed in Florida. Disney is the loser here. Their stock price is down.

And they’re just gonna dig in and refuse on principle to allow this to cause them to have to make job cuts and such, in the event of expected financial turmoil?? With their most in state private employees?? I figure it’s obvious but I’ll say it anyway - not everyone ar Disney is a groomer. Far from it Id imagine.

For Big Ron it's so Disney won't normalize grooming, so the kids in FL (and other states) can get an education on the 2 Rs and to expose corps & politicians for the pedo, pervert, sick, vile motherfrickers that they are.

I'm a moderate liberal with libertarian leanings and I just wanted to come here and concern troll because I hate that the groomers are getting called out in Florida. You can't help who you love, guys! Love is love! And all you hateful, racist, white supremacists are the real perverts because you don't want your children to know about sex.

Or obsolete. Either solution is reasonable.

I get what you are saying. What is the goal though.Shut the entire thing down?

Change of leadership if that is even possible?

The goal is for Disney to get their nose out of politics and stop supporting perverts sexualizing kids. To stop pushing trannies in their movies. Or go bankrupt. It's their problem to decide, not ours. That's what freedom is about. But they're not going to hide in their tax shelter and destroy our way of life to support 1% of 1% of the population just because they get off on being disgusting.

To keep a massive propagandist company from trying to swing its dick around on political matters.
