let me help you understand something jethrine a federal judge has no ability to enforce any decision out side of the executive branch. when faubus ignored the supreme court ordering desegregation and mobilized the national guard the court had no ability to enforce that decision. if eisenhower had decided to ignore the court, or enforcing that order would have been politically unpopular segregation would have remained.
so this judge is as the french would say, le phucked.
