DeSantis barely comes out on top of a crowded field, polling at 38.2% with Trump at 38.0%.
In a head-to-head race between just DeSantis and Trump, the Governor holds a slightly stronger position, coming in at just over 40% while Trump sits at 39%.
But in early April, the pollster found Trump leading 47% to DeSantis’ 32%. Now the candidates appear in a dead heat.
Throughout that time, DeSantis has maintained stronger favorability than any candidate in the field.

if ron had ANY chance at all, he should have a 70% lead in his own state at a minimum.
the fact its 0.2% and 1% at best is embarrassing for him

Yikes. A .02 lead for the sitting governor isn’t something to boast about. Even John Kasich won Ohio handily in 2016.

This is impossible!! Trumps team said Floridians are furious at ron

The Florida Primary will be the day Trumps career in politics ends. It would be nice if he dropped out then and faded away ... but I doubt anybody thinks that will happen.
