Actually it is Draino quoting an article about a guy who apparently heard from another guy that is anonymous quoting something that isn't at all what he is saying, just that DeSantis didn't apparently think they were effective. No context beyond that. So of course we should assume that DeSantis has sold himself to the WEF and is worshiping a picture of Jeb.
