Similarly, an independent autopsy commissioned by Floyd's family ruled "asphyxiation from sustained pressure was the cause" of Floyd's death. Dr. Martin Tobin, a pulmonologist and critical care specialist of Loyola University Medical Center, also testified during Chauvin's trial that Floyd died of a lack of oxygen from being pinned to the pavement with a knee on his neck. He added, “A healthy person subjected to what Mr. Floyd was subjected to would have died."
So the person commissioned to produce a desired result did what they were paid to do?
Okay.
I mean, they may be legit, they may not be. But they were paid by the family.
Either way, didn’t a black guy train him to do that as per the black police chief’s in house training regimen?
Or am I remembering that aspect incorrectly?

The Hennepin County medical examiner's office ruled Floyd's death was a homicide caused by "cardiopulmonary arrest" complicated by "restraint, and neck compression"
He guessed.
His death was cardiopulmonary arrest caused by a bad heart. Drugs and resisting arrest made it worse.

ignore the neck compression entirely

To say that the death was due to fentanyl alone based only on a drug concentration of 11 ng/ml, and to ignore the neck compression entirely, would stretch the bounds of credulity.”
And the jury ignored this and only considered the neck compression. Citing this opionion blows the verdict out of the water.

Shim isn’t illiterate, shims has simply lost their argument when analyzed by any metric involving logic and common sense. That is the reason for the re-direct / deflection.
Thor pay should be docked for resorting to that tactic.
Share blue isn’t getting their money’s worth.

Precisely.
His airway was not cut off.
The exertion from resisting, the drugs in his system, and his weak heart killed him.

If it’s his last breath…perhaps.
Repeatedly exclaiming that…I’m not sure. I suppose that one could argue that with each exclamation, that his breathing became exponentially more labored until he died.
I’m not a medical professional, so I’m just speculating, and could be way wrong, but to the lay person, this seems plausible to me.

When you have to resort to outright lies as part of your deflection, it really exposes how weak that your argument actually is.

Which source has the user Robin Masters provided in this thread as a rebuttal to my posts.
I’ll wait.
EDIT: I’m actually still waiting for them to find those two other medical experts they claim testified for the defense. I would imagine they should be providing them real soon. Just hold tight.

You refuse to acknowledge posts
The stress from resisting was a contributing cause, not the cause.

You are living proof of my claim. You are posting their name and credentials as a it were the literal word of God.
This was the trial of the century and they were on the fashionable side of it. Are you really trying to claim that these people won’t catch a MASSIVE professional tail wind from this trial?
Meanwhile, to contrast, Google the defense’s expert medical witness and see how he is treated by Google.

Ok. So he said some random title without even offering their name.
Please provide the relevant quote or piece of testimony offered by that user.

They had multiple including the paramedic that treated him. I never said I would provide three. That was a number you pulled out of your arse.

You’ve offered zero evidence of an instance any of these experts said anything they believe is untrue other than simply stating “well they could be lying…”
