I think he understands now, but he put so much weight into that "expert opinion" that he cannot acknowledge such an ignorant statement and still expect posters on here to take him seriously.

Perjury refers to deliberately making false statements or giving misleading information while under oath or affirmation in a legal proceeding. If someone knowingly presents false information as an expert during testimony, it can be considered perjury and may result in legal consequences.

Read this thread and behold the lengths people will go to because they can't handle the fact a white cop was convicted of killing a black man for resisting arrest.
Talking like armchair pathologists in order to "prove" Floyd died from a drug overdose because they can't stand justice being served on police who killed someone.

You're basically saying resisting arrest is punishable by death, and if a suspect resists, it's totally OK if the cops kill them because they have that right.
No, he's saying if you swallow your week stash during an arrest to avoid being caught with it, are in poor health, resist arrest, you may die while being restrained.
Paramedics were called within 30 seconds of his SUV kicking and screaming antics. They knew he'd taken sonething.

It’s not totally okay. But when a subject is resisting arrest, it’s dumb to pretend that they aren’t part of the issue (especially if they die resisting arrest).

Come on, it makes total sense. People are always walking around on the street with highly lethal drug doses in their system just waiting to die a few hours later. Right?

Why does race matter? Was there any indication that race played a role here?
If so, please tell us.

Would the chuds on here be vehemently defending Chauvin if his first name was Malik?

It does. Druggies swallow their stash to not get caught with it.

I’m familiar with the vagaries of this board.
They are largely a response to Marxist impingements on rational Western thought. Marxists always want to make the response to Marxism the story.

Would you care if Floyd was white?

ME: *cites testimony given under oath by medical experts*
Random social media user: “Your expert is a doo-doo head. You should trust me instead though I have nothing to support my disagreement with those experts who are doo-doo heads.”
ME: “No.”

1) I’m not vehemently defending Chauvin.
2) We wouldn’t have to. Blacks cop are far more likely to shoot black criminals. They don’t become national news stories.

OK, but let's focus on what's happening in this thread.

Well, now I kinda believe he did perjure himself.

Daniel Isenschmid, a forensic toxicologist at NMS Labs in Pennsylvania, testified that while fentanyl was found in Floyd's blood, so was norfentanyl, which is metabolized fentanyl. Overdose victims rarely have norfentanyl in their blood, he said. He testified that Floyd's ratio of fentanyl to norfentanyl was 1.96 . This is compared to the average ratio of 9.05 in postmortem cases and 3.2 in driving under the influence cases. Floyd's level of methamphetamine, 19 ng/ml, was in the bottom 5.9% of a sample of DUI methamphetamine cases.
"Does this show Mr. Floyd was below the average and even below the median in DUI cases?" prosecutor Erin Eldridge asked. "Yes," Isenschmid said.
