To recap, I see one idiot that does not know how to properly respect the American flag as she unceremoniously tosses it on the ground (#20), three morons making some kind of gibberish type of celebration “dance” as they approach the flag while it is on the ground, and one patriot who knows how to respect the flag and who rescues it from being used as a cheap prop (#16). Pretty much sums up what I saw.

Well, for sure the flag should never, ever be placed on the ground intentionally, which is what clearly happened here.
The other player realized they were about to (mindlessly or not) trample on the flag and saved the two of them from further embarrassment and the flag from further disrespect, so double kudos to her.
