Is the plan to do it right after the election, like the next day?
Depends on how the congressional votes go.
If it doesn't go their way, they might try as soon as the results are finalized. To try to get it done before they have too much of a minority to get a passing vote on it.

1. Raskin can’t do anything.
2. That video is from February, prior to the SCOTUS ruling about kicking Trump off the Colorado ballot.
3. After that ruling, he said he would come up with legislation regarding the 14th. Nothing ever happened.
So in summary, no, “the Dems” don’t plan to use the 14th amendment to disqualify Trump.

Without control of the house, I don't see how that is possible.
They have 4-6 traitors that side with them on every issue. Granted, I don't know if they will still be around in January.
But as it stands now they might be able to get it through by the skin of their teeth.
But if it tied, Vance would decide against.

Where did I say any of that? Try to stay on topic or move along.

No, I didn’t. That simply wasn’t the discussion. It was about the practicality of this “scheme” actually happening.
“Imply” by “sidestepping” is an interesting point though.

So JD Vance would then become President and make Trump Secretary of State. We still win.
