No America lost.The national emergency funding will come at the expense of military construction, and other items. Marine Corps installations along eastern NC were severely damaged after Hurricane Florence impacting liver-fire & maneuver ranges, landing beaches, training facilities, barracks, chow halls, homes, etc. The projected cost of repair is $3.2B. The Air Force has very similar issues at Tyndall in Florida with a similar bill. THIS is an issue that impacts American READINESS, and it is certainly not tied to a vain campaign promise which another country was supposed to pay for. Thanks POTUS.
PS your wall won't accomplish anything without agents, observation (ex. UAS), and other technology/equipment to enforce it...all items I'm a huge proponent of which don't require billions of taxpayer dollars. Defensive Tactics 101 - obstacles without 'observation and fires' are useless.

It's cute you think this will work. It's also sad though, because you either failed civics or years of listening to conservative talk radio has slowly eroded what little knowledge you did have.
