IIRC, Trump has stated several times that those involved with "rigging or cheating" in the election will be prosecuted and thrown in prison.
He can't do shite right now. Let's see what happens the first week after inauguration.

Here is an article dated 11/13/24 on where the race stood

LINK

quote:

The race for the 13th Congressional District, expected to be one of the closest races in the nation, hasn’t turned out to be as close as it was in 2022.

Rep. John Duarte (R-Modesto), the incumbent who beat former Assemblymember Adam Gray (D-Merced) by a scant 564 votes two years ago, is ahead by nearly 2,800 votes in their 2024 rematch.

According to the California Secretary of State’s website, Duarte has thus far received 62,760 votes (51.1 percent) throughout a district that extends to parts of Stanislaus, Merced, San Joaquin, Madera and Fresno counties. Gray, meanwhile, has collected 59,987 votes (48.9 percent).

quote:

Late Wednesday, Duarte led by about 3,200 votes, with Gray able to slice 400 votes off that lead by Thursday evening. That gave the Democrat’s campaign added optimism.

Had the House districts been reapportioned according to the 2020 census as they should have been, CA would not even have that district to flip.

You guys should all know where I stand on California and our voter rolls by now. So I’m not going to bother addressing that. But two things should be mentioned: Duarte ran about as far away from Trump in his ads as humanly possible. This was dumb because the Central Valley is Trump friendly territory. The second thing is when Trump was holding his rally in Coachella I said he should’ve been up here trying to help out where it was needed. This is where it matters because of the swing districts and maybe just maybe he could’ve lit a fire under the arse of Duarte and let him know that he needed MAGA voters and reassured those MAGA voters that Duarte would be an ally.

One last thing: Duarte is an a-hole.

Trump must be bold - investigate these districts and precincts and even refuse to acknowledge these officials coming from questionable races. Force the issue to the surface and then let the sunlight do its work.

Trump really needs to start speaking on this. His silence is pissing me off.
that's a trap.

Wait until he is in power and then speak with the weight of the DOJ and criminal charges.

If fraud is indeed found and no one goes to jail... then be pissed.

I guess all we can do is wait and see. As of right now I just can’t see anything happening. A slim majority in congress makes it hard to believe anything meaningful can be done to stop these states from running elections the way that they do.

at this point in time I'd rather hear Bondi speak on it than Trump.

Before Inauguration- Bondi says if confirmed she will investigate.

After Inauguration- Trump states he has directed Bondi to investigate using all resources comparable to the J6 resources used including geofencing of phones vs. the location of ballots at any given time.

A month to count the votes in a single house district. African dictators have better fraudulent elections than we do. Thin enough margin in the house now to where rino cucks can ruin everything

You mean there were only 210,000 votes cast in the entire district and they just got done counting?
This is beyond unacceptable.
Where is this country's Republican leadership? This is too obvious.

217-215 until special election

Elise Stepanik-NY Trump appointment
Gaetz seat-FL resigned seat
Mike Waltz-FL Trump appointment

If 1 Republican votes with the Democrats and there is a tie I think it’s the same as it not passing. VP can’t break the tie in the House

These house seats need to be investigated as soon as Trump takes office.

I guess we cannot have 2 'observers' there 24/7 (need extra for bathroom breaks) Cannot police them forever.

We need to say that any election that directly involves any sort of authority at the national level, the election rules need to be the same all over the country.

This is silly - having a shithole like California not only fraudulently inflate their population with non-citizens, but also have such lax voting rules that they can manipulate their counting process any way they need.

Its amazing how many of these California House seats are settled by less than 1,000 votes weeks after the election. It happens every time too.

Dems always seem to be the winners of these as well…hmmm…nothing to see here I guess?
