As soon as they finished it, it would be obsolete. The hierarchy always changes depending on what narrative is being pushed that day.

This is one reason why all closed door deals like this should be on live TV from here on out. Plus, don't have to worry about some little pussy running to his buddies at the media lying about stuff. We can all rewind the tape and see who is lying. All the dems have at this point is name calling. They refuse to legislate by the existing structure...just name call, moral this and that, get some #pedowood famous people to whine to pull on some heart strings...blame Trump for North Korea, call their buddies in the MSM to make up more lies...etc.

Maybe that's not what will be acceptable in order to get 60 votes, but to say there is nothing in the proposal for border security is not true.
