Democrats new strategy targets North Carolina, Texas, and Georgia

The Hill
"Democrats believe that replicating these wins in the Sunbelt region in 2020 could help offset Midwest states that appear to be slipping further from Democrats."
“Investment in Arizona and the Sunbelt is sort of crucial for opening up new opportunity for presidential campaigns,” said Democratic strategist Andy Barr, who worked on House races in Arizona and California.
“It’s going to become imperative since some traditional battlegrounds are trending away from us in a way I don't think we can stop.”
"The party also had a substantial number of House gains in the Sunbelt that contributed to the party’s still growing majority."
"Democrats made major gains across the Sunbelt in the midterm elections, changing the political landscape in states like Arizona and Nevada ahead of the 2020 elections."
This is why Georgia, Florida, Texas, North Carolina, Tennessee, and South Carolina are seeing such rapid illegal immigration growth.

Marxists are always targeting everywhere at all times, they never stop, it’s why you can’t enjoy one second of a victory

We need common sense Democrat Control.

Meh they will have to run a minority to get close again in Georgia

What they didnt say is that more than 40 Republicans retired from Congress leaving open seats. Those incumbents likely would have held a majority of those seats. The Democrat Party faces the same dilemma in the future, especially if Congressional Democrats move farther to the left with their new Majority in the House.

Democrats are taking over the country because they have long term plans like this. Where is the Republican plan to take back Virginia or turn Pennsylvania and Wisonsin solid red?

and your gop is in on it or it would be a felony to hire an illegal.

Kemp didn’t run a great campaign in Ga which explains the narrow win. However when it comes to senate & presidential races we’re overwhelmingly red.

What is why they’re seeing such “rapid illegal immigration growth?”

NC is pretty red too. If it wasn’t for McRory’s bungling if the bathroom bill fiasco (he got played pretty bad politically), they would still have a GOP governor.

Demographics is destiny, so unless white conservatives start having more kids or we stop the massive brown immigration and Marxist immigration to red states it’s over sooner or later anyway. It’s over no matter what in time. We will be a soft Marxist dictatorship like the UK or a third world country in parts like Brazil

please comment on my idea to make the hiring of any illegals a felony.
If no one can hire them we see an exodus.

White suburban women are going to have to feel economic pain, or have little Landyn attend school with minorities, or dump some Section 8 housing from which they can't escape, for anything to change.

Stacey Abrams won 60k more overall votes than Clinton did. Kemp only won 90k less than Trump did. Trump beat Clinton by 6 points. I don’t expect Trump to do better in 2020 than he did in 2016 which isn’t to say that it’s impossible. It’s just to say that Georgia is changing and it makes total sense for the Dems to target it in the near and long terms.

Despite winning the 10/13 seats because of gerrymandering, GOP only won 50.3% of the house popular vote in the midterm.

Be patient. You'll get your socialists installed eventually.

Maybe 10-12 years. Midwestern whites are starting to vote like Southern whites which will definitely slow it down, but the parties seem to be realigning.

How many Congressional Dems would vote for this?
