OP said middle class.
Have all Walmart prices gone up? Which products ? It sounds like you’ve done a lot of research and I’m just curious.

Are you serious? May be if you love cheap Chinese crap. Let's forget that. The Tariffs are a bargaining chip.

Hate to break it to you, but the Republicans don't particularly love the middle class either. They may not actively try to harm it, but they sure don't seem to do much to protect and foster it.
THERE IS NO ONE AT ANY LEVEL OF GOVERNMENT REPRESENTING OR LOOKING OUT FOR THE MIDDLE CLASS (especially middle class white people).
on another note, are there that many middle class people working for tips? Serious question.

Cheaper consumer good benefit the middle class more than "more money."

That’s a fun thing to say when imposing tariffs that the middle class will have to pay for.
"Everything that costs more is bad."
What if the end result is long term economic stability and national security? Does that still make it bad?
Everyone has to pay their way.
The good thing about consumption taxes is that everyone has to pay them. Including the 50% of people that don't pay income taxes.
People paying their "fair share" instead of nothing is a good thing right?

Look at the BBB. Republicans and Democrats are the same.

Communism and the Feudal System have no Middle Class.
I learned about 70 years ago that Communism is packaged and sold to the public, by the Rich, as a system that helps the poor. Which in fact makes more people poor and keeps the rich in control.

With no added value, absolutely.

Republicans are imposing massive consumption taxes on the middle class via tariffs. Is that the kind of love you want?
Muh turriffs!
Everything I buy, from gasoline to auto parts to groceries to sundries to ammo, costs less now than it did on Biden's final day in office. Everything. Yes, that's the kind of love I needed.

Now to be fair it's probably arguable that the Republicans for most of my life have been the party of the well off.
ultra wealthy/well off
What’s the difference?

Nope. Not at all. But how are these things correlated to Walmart Prices?

Are you seriously pretending that Trump is not imposing massive tariffs?
He definitely is. But, what I'm trying to determine is how it's affected the middle class as you claim.
We are on a fairly strict budget (trying to pay the house off in the next few years) and I do not see where anything people need costs more on a daily basis due to these tariffs. If anything, I've seen a decrease in the costs of stuff that we do buy and an increase of my leftover by the end of the month.
What are you buying or what is anyone else buying that is causing them so much grief due to tariffs? I don't see it but I am curious.
I'll be honest, I don't catch everything but I'm pretty sure I'm not even close to being the most uninformed person on earth.

I don't think so. To save money, we generally shop at WM Neighborhood not far from the house. If anything, it's gotten a little bit cheaper over the last 3 months or so.

Huh? Not in Colorado or even in DC have I seen this.

Easy example: Walmart prices have increased as a result of tariffs
What was the percent of price increases the 12 months before the tariffs and what is the percentage increase post tariffs. Figure that out….make you line graph….and realize you’re a gullible moron for believing what Walmart is telling you.
