Democrats haven’t stopped trying to take over elections, they just have new tactics to do so under voters’ noses.
Employees throughout the federal government who are carrying out President Joe Biden’s executive order directing them to get involved in state elections are likely all violating the Anti-Deficiency Act, besides interfering in the election process and using federal resources in what seems to be a get-out-the-vote operation for the party in power in the White House.
And the administration is doing everything it can to hide its activities in violation of the federal open records law.
On March 7 last year Biden issued an executive order that he claimed was intended to promote “access” to voting. He has no constitutional or statutory authority for this order.
Biden justified it by making a series of false allegations in the order. He claimed, for example, that “many Americans, especially people of color, confront significant obstacles to exercising their fundamental right,” including “difficulties with voter registration, lack of election information, and barriers to access at polling places.”
These claims are absurd.
quote:
Another way of looking at this is as Zuckbucks 2.0. In the 2020 election, Mark Zuckerberg gave several hundred million dollars to a left-wing nonprofit that then distributed the money in “grants” to local election offices.
Almost all of the money went to dense, urban areas like Philadelphia controlled by Democrats. The point of this private funding was to use local government resources for the Democratic Party’s get-out-the-vote campaign. Now that Democrats have control of the executive branch, they want to use taxpayer money to do the same thing.
And the Biden administration doesn’t want to reveal the details of the strategic plans formulated by these federal agencies.
quote:
Congress has not appropriated funding for any federal agency in the executive branch to engage in voter registration and ballot activities.
quote:
It has been reported that the Justice Department is investigating former President Donald Trump’s supposed “interference” in the 2020 election while totally ignoring the ongoing interference in the 2022 election.
No surprise there.

>>> Update: On Aug. 3, a total of 15 secretaries of state sent a letter to President Joe Biden asking him to “rescind Executive Order 14019.” They represent Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, Ohio, South Dakota, Tennessee, West Virginia, and Wyoming.
In the letter, these top election officials told the president that he issued his order without “constitutional authority” and without “congressional approval.” They warned that involving federal agencies in voter registration will “produce duplicate registrations, confuse citizens, and complicate the jobs” of all local election officials. Finally, they criticized Biden for issuing an unlawful executive order that will “erode the responsibility and duties of the state legislatures” in administering elections.
Their letter may be found here.<<<

This bothers me
Shouldn’t it be ‘get out TO vote’ ?
Also: this won’t be reversed, nothing will come of it, nobody will get in trouble, and the democrats will keep trying to steal elections
It’s amazing at how far we’ve come. Politicians don’t do shite anymore. They don’t give a frick about doing the right thing for their constituents. They’re all the fricking same….. do/say whatever you have to to reach a position of power, then, do absolutely nothing but pander to certain bases so you can secure their votes, and if you can’t, then try to change the whole landscape of the election process so you can stay in power
Our whole system needs to be cleaned out and revamped. They don’t serve ‘we the people’ anymore, they only serve their fricking selves

Everything still under EUA would stop. It ends when enough people stop participating.

I didn't nitwit Otto, IQ of 168. The original author did.
It pisses you off so I will keep it that way.
Why don't you read the article? You won't, nor will you care as long as your side wins. Are you digging the great reset coming?

I read the Lenin statement re "inflation and taxation" in the other thread, and the 'light bulb' came on. The Bureaucracy (Deep State) is made up of Dem voters who will never allow their job to be voted away. The population across the political spectrum are people whose Retirement Funds, Jobs, Welfare Subsidies to the Poor including Illegal Immigrants, etc. are tied into the System of the which the spending required to support said System/People (via "Omnibus Bills") will guarantee rampant and exponential inflation and ultimate destruction per Lenin's axiom. I used to wonder why the Dems gave zero f's to Deficit Spending, but now it's perfectly obvious. And any Republican that does NOT support the Omnibus Bills that maintain Systematic viability will be painted by the Leftist MSM as heartless, insane and fair game for popular wrath.
We've passed the point of no return. It's inevitable collapse, reboot and God only knows what then. 'Great Reset' I reckon.

We will be kept busy fighting over DeSantis, Nikki Haley, LINK Noem, Cruz, Pence, & Trump
quote:They won't allow a Rand Paul in.
DeSantis = Closest to MAGA domestically, ergo most valuable to Wall Street for globalist economics.
Noem = MAGA-lite, with a twist of Koch. Club influencer. She’s in the race, guaranteed.
Watch out for the club to push a DeSantis/Noem ticket.
Haley = Purebreed Decepticon. UniParty Establishment favorite. Endorsements from Bush and Cheney likely.
Cruz = Controlled opposition. Useful to draft Haley or Noem into the club lane in exchange for DOJ AG position.
WHAT TO WATCH FIRST – Pay attention to the club meeting this winter and the decision on how to line up and modify the 2024 primary election dates by state. AFTER the dates and sequence are established, then overlay the delegate changes to voter results from “winner take all” or allocated “proportionally.” These are club decisions with major ramifications. The RNC club is a private organization. They select the rules for the election.

Which means 35 SOS reps have not protested. There is the problem. Of those that did, only Atlanta and Miami are major sources of known fraud. Philadelphia, Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Phoenix, Detroit, Los Angeles, New York are missing.

That’s a rather charitable phrasing for voter fraud.

Remove the 1 and it would be more accurate.

I think that Trump is the only high profile Politico in my lifetime that when they focus the 'cameras' on him DGAF and still tells the WHOLE truth. Ugly and 'hurtful' stuff included. I don't think any person can stand the heat of popular scrutiny as such is related to 'caring' for the 'poor'. And make no mistake re the current Constitutional Capitalism v Socialism, political/ideological war...it IS the needs of the poor vs the affluent (successful). Marxism 101.
The clash is inevitable. Humanity must overcome this basic Societal Axiomatic obstacle, or cease to exist as our acquisition of Knowledge increases our Power to self destruct fighting over the 'Freedom' for who gets what and why.
Very interesting re the 'Big Picture', but likely painful in the Worldly version. Were it not for my Faith, I'd drop this whole 'debate' like a hot potato that leads to hell.
