I did not visit. But i thought i heard over the weekend NC did indeed have an exhibit. Supposedly it contained a rebel flag and it was removed.

1976 and the Bicentennial was not far removed at all from the turbulent 1960s, Vietnam, etc and the country still managed to come together and make it a great and memorable celebration.
It’s really pitiful what the Left has become.
I won’t be around to see a Tri-centennial but for those young enough who will be:
1) I hope you’ll see this republic actually survive to have a 300 year celebration.
2) I hope America’s dalliance with hateful marxism will be long in the rearview mirror and you will have an opportunity to truly experience a relatively normal society celebrating a significant milestone.
It’s really pitiful what the Left has become.
