This is the funniest/saddest thing I've seen in a long time. I had to watch it a couple of times to make sure it wasn't satire. If people wonder why middle of the roaders voted for Trump, they need not look any further than this. NSIAP

Their YouTube channel took down the videos of the convention, sad because the commentary was the best part of those vids...

And it’s still funny.

“I suffer from sensory overload. So if everyone could cut out the chatter?”

“Don’t go in there with a strong scent.”

I can kind of sum it up for you:

"point of personal privilege, this trivial thing offends me, can we avoid it? Government is my God."

Rinse, repeat.

Rush played those earlier this week and I initially thought it was a parody.

Apparently, we can no longer out exaggerate reality.

I watched the first 20 minutes of the second day and it was awesome. The clips people have posted are just the tip of the iceberg. I want to see the whole thing

Is this real? Surely it's a parody. When they starting calling each other comrades I about lost it.

quote:

"The highest art of warfare is not to fight at all. But it is to subvert anything of value until such a time that the perception of reality of your enemy is screwed up to such an extent that he does not perceive you as an enemy. Your system, your civilization, your ambitions; you begin to look to your enemy as an alternative. These are the final stages after which you can take your enemy without a single shot being fired."

-- KGB defector Yuri Bezmenov, 1983

He laid out the 6 areas the KGB tried to subvert. Everything below is a quote from Bezmenov or a paraphrase:

1) Religion - destroy it

2) Education - "Instead of learning something pragmatic like physics, mathematics, chemistry, foreign languages - teach them history of urban warfare, natural foods, home economy, human sexuality - anything to distract from real education."

3) Social Life - Replace traditional organizations with fake organizations. Take away the individual's connection with others and replace them with artificially controlled bureaucratic bodies.

4) Power Structure - Elected officials are slowly replaced by artificial bodies whom nobody elected. For instance the media - who elected them? How come they get to decide what policy is best for the elected officials elected by you? Who the hell are they?

5) Law and Order - Cops and military people are always portrayed as incompetent or dumb in the media or popular films. The criminal is always portrayed as misunderstood or oppressed by society. Slowly we condition society to no longer trust the police or military and to embrace criminality.

6) Labor relations - We destroy the traditional established bargaining links between employer and employee and replace it with a bureaucracy who decides.

He went onto describe how violence is encouraged for the sake of "Social Justice - a term introduced by Marxist-Lenonists." In fact, he said the term "social justice" was introduced to the West by one of his KGB colleagues whom he knew personally.

Remember this was 1983. I would say he was pretty spot on in about 95% of his predictions.
