Yeah it stunned me. I thought maybe it was an insurance scam by all these boat dealerships. But a number of boat owners dealerships and marina managers said nope stolen for drug runners.

DId he add the additional jobs for Law Enforcement, medical care of overdoses, and for the brain addled sorts who will be on disability because they can't fill entry level jobs and keep them?
