I think they will be identified with the NTSB report. As I understand it Canada has to work with our NTSB. This is the Trump administration so they won't hide it if they are DEI hires. As far as I'm concerned the pilot in charge needs to be fired. By the way, there was at least one male pilot. I've heard his talk with ATC as he was approaching (Blancolirio YT channel).

How hypocritical
How's BIPOC different than "colored?"

The pilot flying was (allegedly) a fairly newly hired female pilot, who had a robust social media presence as an “influencer.”
So she was probably attractive.

ETA: The Captain, who was not flying, had a wealth of experience - including time instructing for Endeavor.
He probably wanted to bone her so wasn’t being as tough on her as he would a male student.

I never even imagined that - even in this upside down world of logic - that there would be an airline whose primary selling point was 'all female crew'
Upon seeing that first video, I said it was pilot error - unless there were some ungodly unforeseen tail wind that took away the planes lift just prior to touchdown.
I am no pilot, but it was totally obvious = the nose was WAY too small in pitch angle for that close to touchdown.

Thanks for this.
Surely someone on this thread knows whether the pilot flying the aircraft would have also been the pilot handling comms.

Almost 100% of the time the pilot not flying is working the radios.

From what I am hearing its probably both. Winds and inappropriate reaction to the sudden change.

She arrived to Endeavor via the Propel flow-through program, which allows pilots to flow directly from an instructor job to the right seat of a regional jet without doing subsequent interviews.
Thanks Tuscaloosa. From where are you getting this?

Thanks. That was my assumption.

Generally the pilot monitoring(PM) handles ATC communications in the air. In rare cases of complex emergencies, the pilot flying(PF) will take the comms to allow PM to run checklist.

From the video the jet came in too hot a little too fast and approach angle too steep they hit hard breaking the landing gear, then breaking off a wing…..
Anyone can see this……

Isn't it standard practice for the names of the crew to not be released until after the investigation is over?
If so, why not state that to stop speculation? In the DC crash we knew the CRJ pilots' names almost immediately...and the investigation isn't over.
Because the pilots are still alive. We knew the names of the CRJ pilots in the DC crash not because of the investigation but because they were listed among the deceased.

That intern should get a Pulitzer Prize for comedy in TV Journalism. Instead he got fired. Shame!

If someone is a person of color but not in their home country they would not qualify as BIPOC. They are excluding these people!!!!! Get you pitchfork baws that ain't right! (sarcasm).

Upside down hiring practices => upside down results.
