Well that sounds pretty stupid, considering the successes we’ve seen thus far.
I guess it is one of the worst presidents in recent history speaking though.

It's so strange. Jimmy Carter, by almost all accounts, is a very kind, faithful, disciplined, and overall good man. He was probably the last President who wasn't controlled/manufactured to some degree or another. Yet, his soft and caring heart led him to absolutely awful political decisions.

I have to disagree.
Obama is horrible because he was corrupt. Those things you cited are actually great successes of his because he achieved what he set out to do. Because he set out to do them, he's horrible.
What sets Carter apart is he actually wanted to do the right thing, but his incompetence simply has no equal. Nearly everything he tried ended badly - like giving a flamethrower to a chimp in a fireworks factory.
