Have details been released?
The details that have been released indicate the FBI knew an attack was planned in support of ISIS, and they knew it was around Halloween, but they were not sure of the specific target and time.
With ISIS attacks, anybody can be a target, and around Halloween, the most obvious target is families out in the street trick-or-treating.
There are enough details released to confirm that a planned attack was prevented.
