Thine, I've always wondered what was the context of this speach by JFK. Was he definitely referring to deep state/old world order types, or was he referring to the mafia? Or both

I believe JFK was talking about secret societies type stuff. Mafias of any consequence are very likely to be owned by people in the secret societies.
