The President of the United States claimed last night, with his mouth, that China was shipping fake IDs into the US in order to facilitate election fraud through fake ballots that were also being manufactured by China. I do not give a shite about the document that is linked in the OP. The words that Eric are using came directly from the POTUS' mouth.
So no, I am not taking the thread off topic. I am asking you to explain why you seem to doubt the claims of the story when it is absolutely known, for certain, that China was indeed sending fake IDs to the United States.
You are also flat wrong to say that these claims originated with the FBI. That isn't true.

This would definitely be possible.
Many countries (not just China) can easily make US passports and driving licenses. When you're giving that driving license to an illegal, it would be very easy for a bad actor to get templates made for them.
This really needs to be investigated. They need to go back through the 2020 mail-in ballots and check every "person" who "voted". Match them all up with citizenship evidence.

That assessment was from the FBI, IN THE DOCUMENT that Trump was specifically referencing last night (and what is referenced in OP)

I read that they would allow it, but don't see that it actually happened. Has anyone read where it actually occurred? If so, please share. This is an important distinction.

The report Trump referenced last night was from an un-named source reporting something they heard from someone else.
There is nothing in the report about these DLs actually being produced, circulated, etc.
