Didn’t someone say the time has passed in all states to change names on ballot?

thought the questions were pretty reasonable last night, considering they came from CNN.

Moderators were much more subdued and less interactive in the conversation than I thought they would be.

On the island of intersectional politics you can’t just jettison a black woman unless your oppression score is higher or you can afford to pay her off with a huge check.

Yup. And it won't look good to her supporters, mostly black women and liberal white guilt women.

Trump hit a grandslam

Trump is my dawg and I am voting for him... but he was not nearly as sharp as he needed to be either. Thankfully, Joe is a walking zombie. Had it been anyone sharper than Joe, I'm not so sure how good last night would have been for Trump. I think it would have been embarrassing. He's got to do better in the next debate.

I'm not worried about the job he will do and where he stands on policy etc. He has my vote. But if he's trying to win more votes, which he should be, last night was not a good performance at all.

You're getting downvoted because the super majority of this board will not accept the fact that Trump did terribly - just not as bad as the other guy.

We don’t want Biden replaced at this point. Hopefully the MSM props him up until September. I don’t want to see another candidate.

I don't undertand why this board supports this statement at such as strong clip. Is this board, who is heavy MAGA, afraid of the other candidates?

I kinda liked them both last night, I just wish we could have found somebody older to run.

They're terrified of other candidates.

Rightfully so.

Biden might be the only candidate Trump can beat. Of course they're afraid.

A few months ago you said high heels was the only one that could beat Biden.

I never watch CNN but I think they are having a funeral for Biden.

Is it possible that the media knew Biden wouldn’t win and decided to circumvent the primary vote by allowing him to self destruct and be forced to withdraw from the race?

Everyone should be wary of other candidates.

Right now you know the score, throwing some unpredictable wrench into the situation seems very unlikely to make things more favorable for us/MAGA.

I think there is a good chance that the replacement is DOA, but I'm not sure that's any better than our current situation.

It's not so much a matter of being scared of the contenders for their merits (although I think Trump is definitely a vulnerable candidate) - but rather the unknown and the fact that you have nothing to gain.

Not the media.

The dems.

This was the earliest debate ever and they did it for a reason. They needed time if/when he short circuited with the whole world watching.

The dems are ruthless. They will throw Biden away like a used diaper.

I'm far more concerned with who's counting votes rather than the other candidate.
