He not only detailed the problem, he detailed one helluva solution that could be easily implemented. Goodonya….

All of us know it happened. So what are we going to do about it?
Several years ago I acted when I saw this happening. I shut down my JP Morgan Chase investment account and moved it to Gulf Point Advisors.
The local JP Morgan manager called and tried to talk me out of it. I told him I was debanking them because they were debanking conservatives. One of his arguments was that the company I moved to was all a bunch of white guys and that diverse teams make better decisions. I told him I would take my chances on that.

Meanwhile, our do nothing Congress has passed no amendments/laws to prevent, or hold accountable any future administration that walk all over the constitution rights and legal business of Americans or American businesses.
They have not even done anything to prevent a future administration from reopening USAID, or stopping rampant fraud of taxpayer funds.
It's as though Congress is just waiting out Trump term to restart all the fraud and theft.

That’s exactly what Congress is doing: waiting for the Trump term to end and hoping for a demorat administration in 2028 to undo everything Trump has done.
They will make him a non-entity again with the help of all media outlets.

The Debanking Review by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) investigated 100,000 complaints and scrutinized 50,000 internal bank records to reveal how customers were “debanked” based purely on their political, social, or religious beliefs.
JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, Citibank, Wells Fargo, U.S. Bank, Capital One, PNC, TD Bank, and BMO Bank were found to have discriminated against American consumers, citing “reputation risk” as a reason to deny service between 2020 and 2025.
Can I get a report on which big banks did NOT de-bank conservative businesses because mine is taking off and I can't be held hostage by JPM...
Appears to be a much shorter list so easier to decide on.

Major banks closed accounts and refused credit to MAGA merchants, pro-life causes, religious groups, conservative organizations and sectors disfavored by the Biden administration, such as firearms, oil and gas, and private prisons, a bombshell report from the federal banking regulator has found.
Seems like that is a major violation of civil and constitutional rights that should cost the banks bigtime and in a just system would send the instigators to prison.

I’d like to get SFP’s thoughts on this, but he’s probably in court today
court?
he is at his house, sucking down clients retainers,
whilst claiming he is entering evidence into discovery, filing motions, writing memos, writing briefs, filing for TRO's and injunctions, etc while posting here on TD.
court? maybe the court of tigerdroppings.
small chance he is in a actual hearing in a district court or giving a oral argument in appellate court.
