Right. I'm getting a little tired of him being a know-it-all, but I think he does a good job of communicating how the war machine works a little better than most podcast bros or influencers. I think it's also healthy to have some Jews call out Israel propaganda.

You have no proof to back any of these accusations, you’re just repeating shite. What’s more insane is if you fully game out all these theories it would lead to the annihilation of Israel so you’re essentially arguing that Bibi’s goal is to suicide himself and his nation. It’s clown logic

One of my biggest annoyances to the influence of people like Smith or even Rogan is that it's dumbing down other elements of the right to match their style and popularity.
(Rogan gets more of a pass from me because he didn't originate as overly ideological, at least on many topics)

All these people are failed at another profession so they’ve jumped on this circuit using previous relationships. The podcasters are always looking for clicks so they don’t care if the guests are qualified, they just want a fight. It’s an algorithm thing, there’s zero validity to it.

And where am I wrong on my definition? I don’t use the term “Jew” because Jews have tons of different opinions and may disagree with Israel as has been seen in Tel Aviv. Most Zionists are Christians, not Jews. There are additionally millions of atheist and agnostic Zionists. The term is specific.

I think my objection is that it's in a way intellectual cowardice. So much of it revolves around the lack of a central thesis because so many of the people doing it can't survive if backed into an intellectual/subject matter expertise corner. I know cowardice is a weird label to put on conversations that often touch on/hint at third rail topics, but it's the style du jour for the right at present and I don't know another way to classify it.
I say this as someone who finds plenty to "agree" with (or agree with what's being suggested coyly) in the noticing/just asking questions-type contingents, but you can't build any sort of meaningful movement/community/etc. around that style of advocacy IMO. Or, at least you can't expect it not to end up fractured and in disparate directions.

i highly highly like Smith and I think he touches on the libertarian right very well.
My biggest criticism of him is that he waves away Hamas' atrocities in the same way that Shapiro waves away Israel's.
That being said, I'll always listen when he's on.

Murray lost that day by being arrogant and thinking that everybody who doesn't like Israel is just a muslim, pro-Hamas shill. He didn't know there are people who actually do pay attention to all the shitty things Israel has done for 70+ years.
I'm no bleeding heart on Palestine. They are in a bed of their own making, but Israel has been an a-hole for decades and it's unavoidable.
I disagree with Dave on a ton of stuff, but I think he actually believes what he says. I'll never look at Murray the same after that debate again.

Murray is another wannabe. All of these people hit a wall after a couple layers into their arguments. They’re all the same, shallow clowns. Murray is blindly pro Israel, Smith is a bleeding heart clown who believes anything the media says. What’s the difference?
