Absolutely. Batista has quite a few followers on Twitter and his behavior can convince some one to take action. Now of course should one do that we can expect the press to gloss over that and Batista most likely would cheer it on. This is a guy who went to bat for James Gunn when Gunn got his old tweets sexualizing children brought up.

Not really a belief, he's several years older than me, has bad knees, busted triceps, etc. We're about the same strength and weight, I'm taller, he's a master of wuxia, and is belted in jujitsu. I've taken combatives lvl 1 & 2 and jujitsu. I've competed several times and irl about 15 times.
My cardio is a bit weak right now, but I've marathoned several times and used to run 20 miles in 20 degree weather at altitude for fun.
My only real problem is a tiny abdominal hernia on the right side.
His balls are tiny so, that's not a weak point.
